Andrew Bartolini wins Best Technical Paper

Junior, Andrew Bartolini won the Technical Paper competition for his paper on Engineering Ethics and Globalization at the 2012 ASCE Great Lakes Regional Conference. Andrew was judged on his written paper and oral presentation. Notre Dame's student chapter of ASCE successfully competed in the remaining events: concrete canoe, steel bridge, surveying, environmental, geotech, and mystery design challenges. This year, the Great Lakes Regional Conference consisted of 17 student chapters of ASCE throughout the states of Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Bradley University hosted this year's conference.
