Scott Mereness, president of Lippert Industries, has been part of the RV industry for more than 20 years. He began his career welding chassis at Lippert Components and was promoted to different positions in company, learning the business up close and in depth with each move. During that time he was also building relationships with key industry leaders as well as government officials and agencies.

Mereness and Lippert have long been committed to improving the RV industry. More than that, they seek to enhance product quality, the customer experience, and improving standards and training.

His passion for excellence extends beyond the workplace as he is also heavily involved in community endeavors, striving to make the people and community a better place for all.
